Golf Simulator: Terms of Use and Cancelation Policy

Acceptance of Terms: By using our golf simulator, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book the simulator.

Eligibility: The golf simulator is available for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.

Reservations: Reservations are required to use the golf simulator. You can make a reservation through our website or by calling during store hours.

Usage Guidelines: 

  • Users must wear appropriate attire and shoes. No heels or swimsuits.
  • No food or drinks are allowed inside the simulator bay.
  • Users must follow all instructions provided by the staff.
  • An ID will be held behind the sales counter while the simulator is in use. The ID will be returned at the end of the reservation.
  • Due to limited space, we ask that your group size does not exceed 4 individuals.
  • Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the user. 

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your reservation, your session time may be shortened accordingly. No extensions or refunds will be provided for late arrivals.

Responsibility: The individual booking the reservation is responsible for all members of their group.

Liability: We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur while using the golf simulator. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the simulator.

Group Size: The maximum group size is 4 individuals. Please call us to inquire about arrangements for larger groups.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation by Us:

  • We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure or maintenance. In such cases, users will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. No-Show Policy:

  • If a user does not show up for their reservation and has not cancelled in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling: 

  • Users may reschedule their reservation up to 24 hours before the reserved time without any penalty.
