To book the simulator, please visit lilypar.com and select Book a Tee Time. Alternatively, you can call the store (858)352-6625 and one of our staff members will assist you.
The golf simulator is available for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
SIMULATOR RATES: 30-minute$35; 60-minute $65; 90-minute $100
Cancellations Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy: Due to limited availability, if a user does not show up for their reservation no refund will be issued.
Users may reschedule their reservation up to 24 hours before the reserved time without any penalty.
Yes, we do accept walk-in and will try to accommodate you the best we can. Reservations made in advance take priority.
If you need clubs, we do have a set available for rent but please feel free to bring your own clubs. We just ask that your clubs are clean so we can protect the hitting mat and screen.
The maximum group size is 4 individuals, with one golf in the hitting bay at a time. Please call us (858)352-6625 to inquire about arrangements for larger groups.
Yes, please notify a staff member at least 15 minutes before the end of your initial appointment so they can check the schedule and try to accommodate your request.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation. Each member of the group will need to check in at the sales counter and sign a waiver. A staff member will set up the launch monitor and will go over how to use the simulator.
If you are running late, please call the store (858)352-6625 so we do not consider your reservation a no-show. Please note, your session time may be shortened accordingly. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals.
