Return Policy
Lily Par wants you to love your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days of the original in-store purchase date or the date of delivery. Returns can be processed as a refund to the original payment method or store credit. Please understand that we are a small, local business and after 14 days, we are unable to accept the return.
- All tags must be attached to the item to be returned.
- Proof of purchase must accompany the return in the form of original receipt or online order number.
- All returned items are subject to inspection: items must not have been worn, washed, altered or stained (including makeup stains).
- In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.
- Online purchases can be returned online or in-store.
- Sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
- At this time, we do not offer price matching or price adjustments.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Lily Par reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
In-Store Returns
Customers can enjoy complimentary in-store returns. In-store purchases and online purchases may be returned in-store as long as the return policy criteria is met.
Online Returns
We are happy to process your online return in accordance with our return policy. Online orders must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or store credit.
- Online purchases may be returned by mail; however, “full refund” is for the price of the merchandise only and does not include original shipping fees.
- Refund Processing Time: Returns are processed within 5 - 7 business days of package receipt.
- Returns will be inspected to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Banking institutions may require additional days to process your refund.
- In the event the return criteria is not met, Lily Par will notify the customer that a refund will not be issued.
- Lily Par does not charge a restocking fee but the cost of shipping the merchandise back to the store is the responsibility of the customer.
- Lily Par is not responsible for any lost returns.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on lilypar.com or come shop with us in-store.
