At Lily Par, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping and shipping experience. Please carefully review our shipping policy to understand the terms and conditions associated with your order:
Processing Time
- Orders will be processed within two business days.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays.
Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on orders over $250.
- For orders under $250, we offer flat rate standard and express shipping.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return or a missing/stolen package.
Carrier and Delivery
- Lily Par is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
- Lily Par is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Lily Par is unable to provide a refund or a replacement for the items in the package.
- If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please reach out to the shipping carrier for assistance and file a claim directly with them.
Duties and Taxes
- Additional taxes or duties assessed on your order/package by your respective government are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
